Your tasks

• Co-management of the commercial basic education (EFZ/BM1) at our Zurich location
• Functional and personnel leadership of the teachers
• Support and individual promotion of the learners
• Planning, organization and quality assurance of school processes
• Participation in the acquisition of new learners as well as conducting information events
• Teaching in the commercial basic education (EFZ/BM1)

Your profile

• University or university of applied sciences degree
• Vocational pedagogical qualification (or willingness to acquire it)
• Teaching experience in commercial basic education
• High motivation for leadership, organization and school development
• Joy in dealing with adolescents and in interdisciplinary cooperation
• Strong communication skills, solution orientation and ability to work in a team
