Head of HR

For our client, an established service company in Switzerland with an international orientation, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking and strong-leadership personality as Head of HR. In this key position, you will assume overall responsibility for the Human Resources area and sustainably shape strategic and operative personnel work. Together with your team, you will further develop modern HR processes, accompany change processes, and stand by the management and executives as a competent sparring partner. Head of HR ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Overall responsibility for all operative and strategic HR processes along the Employee Life Cycle • Leadership, promotion, and further development of a small HR team • Advising and supporting the management as well as the executives in all personnel-relevant issues • Responsibility for payroll, social insurances, as well as compliance with labor law requirements • Controlling personnel planning as well as participation in budget and personnel cost processes • Further development and digitalization of HR processes as well as introduction of modern HR systems and instruments • Management of cross-departmental HR and change projects • Creation of HR key figures, reports, and decision-making bases for management • Close cooperation with internal as well as international stakeholders Qualifications & Competencies • Completed studies or comparable further training in the field of Human Resources • Several years of professional experience in a leading HR function in Switzerland • Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law as well as payroll and social insurance topics • Experience in organizational development and change management • Proficient handling of modern HR systems and digital HR processes • Leadership experience as well as a winning, solution-oriented personality • Analytical, structured, and independent way of working • High social competence, integrity, and discretion • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage Opportunities & Perspectives A versatile key position with a high degree of individual responsibility and creative freedom awaits you.
