Real Estate Manager: German Switzerland 80-100% Your tasks * You support various management teams during personnel and technical bottlenecks in our branches in German Switzerland (BE, BS, LU, SG, SO, ZH) * You are responsible for the acceptance and handover of rental properties during initial rentals/tenant changes * You are in direct contact with owners, tenants, property managers, craftsmen, and authorities * You ensure real estate maintenance according to the management contract * You carry out periodic real estate inspections and write condition assessments with corresponding reports * You carry out lease & rent changes as well as indexed rent adjustments * You monitor current rent policy and advise property owners on determining rent structures Your profile * You possess a federal diploma (eidg.
