Your Task ##

Overall responsibility for demanding projects in the field of railway infrastructure
Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
Control of projects regarding quality, costs, deadlines, and resources
Development of technical and organizational solutions for complex tasks
Accompanying from the concept phase through project planning to realization
Coordination with clients, authorities, railway operators, planners, and other project partners
Assessment of technical variants and preparation of sound decision-making bases
Monitoring of project progress, risks, and interfaces
Support during acquisitions and in the building of long-term customer relationships
Further development of internal processes and professional standards

Your Profile ##

Completed studies in civil engineering, transport engineering, or a comparable technical field
Several years of experience in leading infrastructure projects, ideally in the railway sector
Sound understanding of the processes and requirements of complex railway projects
Experience in leading project teams and in cooperating with different stakeholders
Confident appearance towards clients and project partners
Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
