Consultant SAP Real Estate (m/w/d)

Tasks You advise customers from conception to the implementation of innovative solutions in the field of commercial real estate management (KGM) based on SAP RE-FX (including integration into surrounding SAP modules such as SAP PM, SAP FI/CO or adjacent CAFM systems). You capture customer requirements (in discussions and in workshops with the specialist department), create studies and concepts, verify projects for their feasibility (Proof of Concept), advise regarding technological innovations and optimization possibilities and realize convincing solutions in close coordination with the CC SAP. In cross-functional project teams, you undertake project management, sub-project management or project cooperation activities in transformation projects. Strategic co-design, familiarization with new technologies and products as well as acquisition activities if required are also part of your diverse tasks. Requirements Degree in business administration or business informatics (Uni/FH), a real estate fiduciary diploma or a comparable qualification. Professional and project experience as an SAP Consultant in Switzerland (internal or external). Extensive experience with SAP RE-FX. Enjoyment of consulting activities, openness towards new technologies, willingness to travel throughout German-speaking Switzerland and very good communication skills in German (oral and written). Languages very good communication skills in German (oral and written).
