Job Description
First contact person for customers via telephone and e-mail regarding service matters and technical questions
Receipt and processing of fault reports, service inquiries, complaints as well as spare parts orders
Coordination and scheduling of service technicians in German-speaking Switzerland to ensure smooth customer service
Support of service technicians with organizational and technical questions
Creation and follow-up of offers for maintenance, service and repair work
Monitoring and coordination of logistical processes in the service area
Maintenance of customer, service and order data in the ERP system
Close cooperation with internal departments to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
Profile
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in back office, customer service or service environment
Technical basic training with commercial further training or commercial training with strong technical understanding
Enjoyment of customer contact as well as strong service and solution orientation
Organizational skill and the ability to maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment
Experience in dealing with ERP systems, ideally SAP
Very good knowledge of Swiss German and German as well as fluent English skills
