The Swiss Business Hubs are integrated into the diplomatic missions of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA). For our Zurich office, we are looking for a maternity replacement to be filled immediately or at a mutually agreed date until April 2027: Digital Marketing Manager (maternity replacement 80-100%) Your missions As Digital Marketing Manager (maternity replacement), you will pilot our email marketing activities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights while contributing to the strategic development of S-GE's service portfolio. A dual role for a person combining practical expertise in digital marketing and a client-centered consultative approach. You will work at the intersection of digital marketing, customer experience, and service innovation, helping to shape the way S-GE engages with companies throughout their international growth journey. This includes: Digital Marketing & Automation • Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and ensure quality and timely execution • Support campaign reporting and performance tracking to enable data-driven decisions • Contribute to personalization initiatives and customer engagement activities • Support the management of Google Search and Google Ad Grants activities • Collaborate closely with the Content, Website, Events, and CRM teams to deliver integrated campaigns Service Development • Analyze client needs, customer journey insights, and market feedback to identify gaps and opportunities in the portfolio. • Support the development of new and existing services throughout their life cycle. • Support go-to-market planning, positioning, and pricing of new or improved services • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to implement service development initiatives Your profile • Completed degree in Marketing, Communication, or a comparable field • Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or a comparable customer engagement or lifecycle marketing solution • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing; experience in service development or product management is a major asset • Comfortable with digital, with practical experience of marketing tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, CRM) and a real interest in AI, automation, and data-driven marketing. • Strong analytical skills with confidence in campaign data and customer insights • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of responsibility • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and collaborate effectively across teams and levels • Proficiency in German (near-native level) and excellent proficiency in English (C1), additional languages are a plus • Experience in B2B marketing or consulting is an advantage Our offer S-GE offers an exciting role at the interface between international politics and business in a modern working environment in the heart of Zurich.
