After-school care manager, 70-80 %

Become part of our team! We are looking for an after-school care manager 70% at 4 working days or 80% at 5 days for Schule Hardau.

Tasks ##

• Site management of a care unit in the middle school stage
• Management of own offers as well as cross-group care offers during school holidays
• Care of middle school children in midday and evening care
• Cross-group support in the afternoon care of middle and lower school children
• Promotion and support of the students in cooperation with teachers as well as specialists of the school team
• Participation in school events and in school working groups
• Administrative and operational tasks
• Implementation of the pedagogical objectives of the school

Profile ##

• Motivated, open, resilient personality with a positive view of people
• Degree in Social Pedagogy/Social Work FH/HF
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Modern IT user skills
• Flexibility as well as very good teamwork and communication skills
• Experience in pedagogical and interdisciplinary cooperation in the school team
• advantageously professional experience in family-supplementary care
