In our residential group at Freudwilerweg, nine adults with support needs live. We accompany them based on anthroposophical human science. In everyday life, this concretely means: We see the person, not their diagnosis. We take time, look closely, listen, and repeatedly ask ourselves what a person needs to shape their own life as self-determined, healthy, and with joy as possible.

With us, it is about much more than daily care. It is about accompanying people in their whole lives and enabling them to have a real home. This includes relationships, self-determination, leisure, movement, health, shared experiences, and sometimes simply a really good evening.

What awaits you with us

• You accompany nine adults individually in their everyday life, promote their abilities, and support where support is truly needed.
• Nursing is part of it, but is not the focus. Especially for FaGe who want to continue working with people, but have had enough of a highly paced nursing everyday life, our residential group can be an exciting alternative.
• Leisure activities, activation, movement, and health are important parts of our work. In addition, there is cooperation with relatives and specialist agencies, as well as administrative tasks and documentation.

Who we would like to have in the team

• People who think ahead, take responsibility, and also remain calm when things become turbulent.
• Experience in working with people with cognitive impairment or a high willingness to familiarize yourself with this field of work
• You communicate openly, can give and accept criticism, and support decisions made jointly by the team.
• Ability to act calmly, solution-oriented, and reflectively in challenging situations
• You contribute your own ideas and have an eye for the whole. You can create a cozy living atmosphere while remaining professional.
• Weekend shifts and night standby duty are part of it.
• You do not need prior anthroposophical knowledge. Openness and interest in our view of humanity, however.
