Insurance Back Office Clerk (100%)

Your tasks

• Independent administration of customer data and insurance policies
• Processing of mutations as well as examination of applications
• Creation of offers for private and corporate customers
• Interface function between customers, consulting team and insurance companies
• Support in the administrative area (reception, mail processing)
• Professional support of our customers by telephone and via e-mail

Your profile

• Commercial training and/or professional experience in the insurance or brokerage environment
• Qualification as a VBV insurance intermediary is an advantage
• Very good MS-Office skills
• Proficient German in spoken and written form
• Foreign language skills (French, Italian and/or English) are a plus
• High service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
• Teamwork skills, reliability and helpfulness
• Structured, exact and timely way of working
• Resilient, flexible and committed
