As part of our mandates, we realize a large number of construction projects and project developments. The "Real Estate Project Management" team manages and monitors the implementation of the diverse development, planning, and construction tasks. Your tasks • The holistic management of several simultaneous development, new construction, and renovation projects. • Evaluation, commissioning, and management of external companies and specialists. • Advising within the Real Estate team on structural questions. • Development of solution and optimization variants for internal stakeholders. • Partnership-based collaboration with Portfolio, Asset, and Transaction Management. • Switzerland-wide travel to your projects. Your profile • University degree in engineering or architecture is an advantage. • Real estate-specific further training (Uni or FH). • Many years of experience as a client representative in the planning and realization of construction projects, ideally at an institutional investor or as a consultant. • Very good language skills in German and good in French. • Curiosity, teamwork skills, as well as high performance and willingness to learn.
