For our client in Zürich, we are looking for a dedicated, organizationally strong, and entrepreneurially minded personality as a Construction Site Manager.

Your future tasks:

• You take over the detailed work preparation and planning of the construction sites.
• You lead, coordinate, and supervise the construction sites directly on-site.
• You take over the technical and personnel leadership of the employees.
• You ensure flawless execution through regular quality controls.
• You create preliminary measurements and support the project planning.
• You manage the reporting system and ensure correct documentation.
• You coordinate the workflows and ensure compliance with deadlines and quality specifications.

Your profile:

• You have completed basic training as a plasterer, dryliner, mason, or in a comparable manual trade.
• Ideally, you have completed further training as a foreman.
• You master the German language with stylistic confidence in speaking and writing.
• You are a team player with a strong service orientation.
• You bring manual dexterity and a good technical understanding.
• You possess organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You work independently, structurally, and solution-oriented.
• You convince through assertiveness, tenacity, and perseverance.
