Mobimo FM Service AG is a subsidiary of the listed real estate company Mobimo Holding AG and operates in the field of Facility Management. We are a qualified Swiss company and support our clientele with commitment and expertise in the field of Facility Management in both German-speaking Switzerland and the greater Lausanne area. Our caretakers are responsible for the care and maintenance in and around our properties. In the greater Zurich area, we are looking for a committed person to actively support us as a Caretaker 100% as of 1 January 2027. Your tasks * Inspection and maintenance of building technical systems * Carrying out various repairs on systems and devices as well as troubleshooting * Carrying out general caretaker work * Winter service and garden maintenance * Coordinating and monitoring external service providers * Contact person for tenants as well as ensuring professional customer care * Time tracking and maintaining object journals * Participation in on-call service on a rotational basis. Your profile * Training as a specialist in facility management (Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt) or comparable qualification * Several years of professional experience in a similar function * Driving license category B mandatory * Strong organizational skills and a proactive, independent way of working * German as a native language or very good written and spoken skills.
