Business Applications Manager - Websites & Digital Platforms (80-100%)

Job Information ###### Work location: Zürich Workload: 80-100% Tasks: You are responsible for the operation and further development of our website, CMS and digital platforms and ensure their availability, stability and security You coordinate requirements and content with marketing, specialist departments and external partners and accompany their implementation You control changes, releases and technical developments and support the introduction of new solutions and platforms You analyze malfunctions, coordinate their rectification and work with internal teams as well as external service providers You monitor the performance of hosting, support and development partners and ensure compliance with agreed service levels You support the team with further business applications and participate in cross-departmental projects Profile: Education or studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification Several years of experience in application management or platform management Experience in the environment of websites, CMS or digital platforms Knowledge in operations, hosting, security as well as incident, change and release management Experience in working with specialist departments, marketing and external service providers Experience in supplier and service management, agile / ITIL knowledge is an advantage Structured and independent way of working as well as high initiative Very good German and English skills Required Skills ###### • Deutsch • Englisch • CMS • ITIL • Marketing • Security • SLA • Wirtschaftsinformatik • Bachelor • Master
