What you achieve

• You create offers and order confirmations with technical content and ensure professional processing of our customer inquiries.
• You perform calculations and process changes to maintenance contracts reliably and on time.
• You create tender-specific documentation and ensure the completeness of the documents.
• You plan large tenders and coordinate the associated internal tasks.
• You support events and marketing activities and actively participate in the organization.
• You advise our customers by telephone and process their requests competently and in a service-oriented manner.
• You plan and coordinate your tasks independently and maintain an overview even with multiple projects.
• You maintain, record, and update data as well as references and ensure high data quality.
• You ensure compliance with existing processes and guidelines and support their continuous implementation.
• You create correspondence and reports and monitor deadlines as well as specific projects.
• With your commitment, you ensure high customer satisfaction and inspire our customers.

What you bring

• Your basic technical training with EFZ provides the ideal basis.
• Completed further training as a specialist SES/VKF or a comparable qualification rounds off your profile.
• You have good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• You communicate confidently in German; English skills are an additional plus.
• Experience in the security industry is a valuable plus.
• You work independently, think proactively, and convince with a reliable way of working that our customers can rely on.
