To further drive our growth, we are looking for you as Project Manager Realization.

Your role – responsibility and scope for design

As Project Manager Realization, you are responsible for the implementation of four to five residential construction projects in the realization phase. You represent the interests of the client towards general contractors, planning offices, authorities, and other project participants and ensure that our projects adhere to quality, costs, and deadlines.
You accompany our projects from the conclusion of the general contractor contract to the handover to the buyers and ensure that the quality standards of aestate are maintained in execution and after-sales.

Your tasks:

• Client representation: You represent the interests of the client towards general contractors, planning offices, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Project control: You lead and coordinate several projects in the realization phase and ensure compliance with costs, quality, and deadlines.
• Quality assurance: You review planning, execution, and materials and ensure compliance with the defined quality standards.
• Cost and change management: You assess additions, extra costs, and optimization suggestions and ensure the economic implementation of the projects.
• Schedule management: You monitor project milestones, recognize risks early, and initiate countermeasures.
• Acceptances and handovers: You organize and accompany construction acceptances, defect rectifications, as well as the handover to buyers and owners.
• Communication: Through your strong communication skills, you inspire external partners, neighbors, the team, and management and actively bring about solutions.

What you bring with you – Your profile

• At least 10 years of experience in realization, ideally with a focus on condominium ownership
• Completed education with profound knowledge in the construction industry, construction management, client representation in execution, cost and schedule monitoring, as well as quality assurance
• Negotiation strength, entrepreneurial thinking, and a strong understanding of economic contexts
• Team-oriented and strong-communicating personality with a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
• Leadership strength, decisiveness, and strategic skill
