You help with topics related to invoices, payments, and credit cards. Whether digital services, loss of cards, or suspicious transactions – you find a solution and reliably support their customers. What you bring with you: A completed vocational training or Matura. Very good oral German and [ösisch] skills. Enjoyment in understanding customer concerns and processing them in an orientation-to-solutions manner. A reliable, independent way of working and a high sense of responsibility.
