Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for Finance, Accounting and Controlling
• Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in cooperation with external partners
• Establishment of efficient and reliable finance processes, reportings and KPIs
• Management of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital
• Analysis of revenue, margins and costs to create transparency regarding the economic development of the company as well as derivation of concrete recommendations for action
• Ensuring efficient and scalable processes; optimization of controlling instruments, systems and interfaces
• Strategic sparring partner for management, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain

Your profile

• Sound training in Finance, Controlling or Accounting
• Several years of experience in the FMCG or retail environment is required
• Broad know-how in Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, P&L and Cashflow
• Experience in the establishment or further development of finance structures and processes
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting and the financial landscape
• Very good SAP knowledge in the finance and controlling environment, ideally with S/4HANA
• Entrepreneurial, analytical and pragmatic personality with a strong hands-on mentality, solution-oriented way of working and high personal responsibility
