Your working environment With around 3'000 students and 800 lecturers from practice, HWZ is the largest university with exclusively part-time degree programs in the field of business in Switzerland. It offers a wide range of degree programs at Bachelor's and Master's levels, over 150 diploma and certificate courses, more than 100 seminars, as well as the possibility for doctorates and tailor-made company training. To strengthen our team at HWZ, we are looking for a committed personality as Programme Manager Continuing Education 80-100 % Your main tasks * Comprehensive organizational and administrative responsibility for Master's and certificate programs (EMBA/MAS/DAS/CAS) * Support for the program directors in the planning and implementation of the degree programs * Supervision of students as well as planning and administration of course dates during the semester * Organization and assistance with information events, graduation ceremonies, and other program-specific events * Close cooperation with program directors, lecturers, and internal interfaces What you bring with you * Completed commercial or equivalent basic training with further commercial training (federal professional certificate or federal diploma) or a degree from a higher technical college (HF) or a Bachelor's degree * Digital affinity and ideally knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools * Sound professional experience in the administrative area of a university or similar environment * Proficiency in the MS Office suite * Confident German and English in spoken and written form * Precise and structured way of working as well as a strong sense of quality and service * Communicative personality and enjoyment of contact with internal and external bodies such as program directors, lecturers, and students * Independent way of working and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment * Strong social competence, resilience, and a high demand for quality -- supplemented by a good portion of energy and humor What we offer At HWZ, a flexible working environment in the middle of Zürich awaits you.
