Reservation & Revenue Manager ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Leadership, development and motivation of your team • Analysis of market and booking trends to manage room availability • Creation of budgets as well as regular revenue and performance reporting • Ensuring efficient processes in the entire reservation process • Close cooperation with internal interfaces (Sales, Front Office) • Professional processing of telephone and written reservation inquiries • Fast and reliable processing of all inquiries • Active sale of rooms and other services • Ensuring excellent guest service on the telephone Qualifications & Competencies • Commercial training, graduation from a hotel management school or comparable qualification • Professional experience in luxury hospitality • Good knowledge of revenue management • Several years of experience in the area of reservation • Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers • Experience with Opera is an advantage • Organized and careful working style • Very good communication skills • Languages: very good German and English skills, French is an advantage Opportunities & Perspectives You will take on a key position and actively shape the economic development of the establishment.
