To complete our YOUnity youth Integration team, we are looking for an integration advisor at 70% immediately or by arrangement. Your responsibilities ## • Inform persons admitted provisionally (AP)/S Status about the challenges of integration and support them in the process of learning a national language through individualized follow-up • Train AP/S and support them in application procedures as well as in the writing of CVs and job offers, advise them and provide explanations relating to the process linked to taking up employment (hiring, employment contract, etc.) • Create new integration measures, new projects based on needs identified in the field • Coordinate the different providers of integration and social insertion measures • Contact companies in the canton of Fribourg to, on one hand, inform them and sensitize them to the issue of integration and, on the other hand, develop a network with a view to placing and/or training AP/S Your profile ## • A university or professional training related to the function • Several years of experience in the field of migration, integration or vocational guidance, placement or HR • Good knowledge of the regional labor market, with a personal network in the field • An irreproachable reputation (no entry in the debt collection register nor in the criminal record) • French | oral: C1 | written: C1 • German | oral: B2 | written: B2 • English | oral: B2 | written: B2 You demonstrate initiative and invest yourself fully in the tasks entrusted to you.
