Your missions ##

• Regular telephone contacts with tenants, tradespeople, and authorities
• Processing of terminations
• In general, support for all tasks incumbent upon the property manager
• Writing and sending purchase orders as well as requests for quotes
• Processing and coding of supplier invoices
• Adaptation of rents
• Writing of various correspondence

Your profile ##

• Diploma from a business school (school part)
• Good grades in the main subjects
• Interest in the real estate branch
• Great willingness to commit and perform
• Reliable, responsible, sociable
• Lively and open person, neat appearance and good manners
• Enjoyment of contact with customers on the phone
