We are looking for an Investment Banking Associate to join our Mid Market Investment Banking team to:

• work as part of a deal team on the origination and execution of high-profile mandates
• coordinate transaction processes and interact with various stakeholders
• work on marketing materials and perform a broad range of analyses
• build and review financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, and other quantitative analyses
• contribute to the training and development of junior team members

The team

You-ll be working in Zurich, Switzerland in our Global Banking business (part of the Investment Bank), within our Swiss Mid Market Investment Banking team. We advise mid-sized corporations, entrepreneurs and private equity funds on their strategic development and financing activities, including M&A, debt and equity capital markets transactions as well as leveraged buyouts.

Your skills and experience

• motivated to work in a fast-paced business with high demands and tight deadlines
• strong financial analysis and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality materials under tight timelines
• solid corporate finance knowledge, including accounting and valuation techniques
• an excellent academic track record and strong communication skills in English and German; French is a plus
• 3 -5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking / M&A / Corporate Finance
