Your tasks

• Care and support of adolescents within the reference person system
• Development and design of need-based daily structures
• Organization of sporting activities and leisure offers
• Promotion of personal development, social interaction, and integration
• Design of an age-appropriate living and life environment taking cultural backgrounds into account
• Support with everyday tasks such as hygiene, shopping, cooking, and household management
• Implementation of economic social assistance in cooperation with the administration team according to legal requirements
• Case-related documentation according to internal guidelines
• Work according to trauma-pedagogical principles and the concept of the "Safe Place"

Your profile

• Completed or nearly completed studies in Social Pedagogy HF or Social Work FH
• For foreign diplomas: Submission to SBFI and recognition measures already present or started
• Alternatively, a university degree recognized as equivalent in Switzerland in Clinical Special Needs Education, Educational Science, Social or Cultural Anthropology, Popular Cultures, or Psychology with corresponding experience in working with children and adolescents
• Interest in working with adolescents as well as in the migration sector
• Intercultural competence, empathy, and sensitivity
• Professional understanding of relationship work
• Reliability, flexibility, perseverance, and patience
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Good IT user knowledge, especially MS Office
