Your tasks

• Active participation in the daily operational business of supply logistics according to deployment and service planning
• Deputizing for the Head of Supply Logistics Lenggstrasse during absences and ensuring daily operational business
• Technical coordination and support of employees in daily routine business
• Primary contact person for simple operational and organizational queries
• Assumption of administrative tasks and defined areas of responsibility, particularly parking management and support in vehicle management
• Supporting the management with organizational and administrative tasks and with projects and process optimizations

Your profile

• Completed training as Logistiker/in EFZ
• Further training in the field of logistics is an advantage or willingness for professional development
• Experience in the technical coordination of employees is an advantage
• Good user knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office programs
• Driving license category B and forklift license
• Physical resilience
