Senior Real Estate Transaction Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)

In this demanding function, you will take over the management of transaction projects and be responsible for the successful acquisition and disposal of real estate for Swiss Prime Site Solutions AG or REdirect. In this function, you report directly to the CIO REdirect.
Your tasks:
Preparation of internal valuations for the purchase and sale of properties, construction and development projects in the context of the portfolio and investment strategy
Conducting comprehensive feasibility and profitability analyses as part of the due diligence
Independent management as well as timely and cost-effective coordination of the entire transaction process
Preparation of investment and divestment proposals for the investment committees
Active market scouting and identification of strategy-compliant investment opportunities
Close coordination with the Asset Management, Development & Construction departments as well as external service providers
Observation of legal developments in the areas of real estate property law, Lex, public building law BZO etc.
Participation in the optimization and further development of processes
Your profile:
Completed studies in business administration or law with relevant specialization in the real estate sector (CUREM, Master in Real Estate, or similar)
At least 5 years of experience in real estate valuation or in the area of transactions
Strategic, long-term and holistic thinking in the sense of the strategy and group development
Independent, structured and highly result-oriented way of working; strong negotiation skills
Business fluent German and English skills (preferably bilingual)
Integrity-driven, team-oriented, and communicative personality
Viable network in the real estate industry
Professional handling of different stakeholders as well as eloquent representation of the SPS Gruppe
Ability to recognize options and, thanks to business-oriented, holistic thinking, develop consensus-oriented solutions
Active engagement with market developments, political and economic framework conditions as well as relevant issues
