Project Management (m/f/d) HVAC for Datacenters

What awaits you

• In your role as a Project Manager, you are responsible for the entire planning process in the field of building services engineering for complex data center projects.
• In doing so, you lead your project team independently, autonomously, and in a solution-oriented manner through all building services planning phases.
• Your main tasks include planning activities in an integral team, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• In addition, you work closely with our internal specialist departments (architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering, construction management) as well as external specialist planners.
• You coordinate technical requirements such as cooling systems, air conditioning, heat removal, air ducting, redundancy concepts, and emergency scenarios.
• You represent ATP towards clients, authorities, and executing companies.
• You support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal, taking into account climate-neutral planning with the goal of a sustainable data center building.

What you bring

• You have completed technical training or a degree in the field of building services engineering (FH, HF, or federal diploma).
• Your career history shows several years of professional experience in building services planning and specialist construction management in all service phases of medium to large projects in the data center sector.
• You enjoy leading a project team as well as actively supporting the training and promotion of young employees.
• You are experienced in working with AutoCAD and Revit and are enthusiastic about digital tools and BIM-supported processes.
• You communicate with stylistic confidence in German, both written and spoken (at least C1 level), and have good English skills (at least B2 level).
• You inspire through your curiosity regarding topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability.
• Your confident appearance, your creative and independent way of working and teamwork, as well as your analytical mindset, distinguish you.
