Senior Specialist Occupational Pension Scheme Our company-owned pension fund manages and supports around 1'600 beneficiaries. In a small team, we are responsible for the interface between insured persons, pension fund bodies, and the employer. Your tasks Support and operational relief for management: Preparation of decision-making bases for the pension fund bodies and follow-up of the resolutions and their implementation Organization and minuting of meetings Representation in case of absence Collaboration in technical and administrative management as well as financial accounting Project and process management: Conception and control of projects for the further development of the pension solution and business processes as well as progressive digitalization Your profile Completed business administration or legal studies or equivalent training (Eidg. dipl.
