Do you enjoy working with people? Would you like to join our education team for the nursing residential groups of the Gesundheitszentren für das Alter starting from 1 November 2026?

Tasks ##

• As a qualified and committed specialist, you will be active in the care and nursing of the residents, whenever possible together with the apprentices/students.
• As a full-time vocational trainer, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of all processes surrounding our apprentices and students.
• Together with a committed education team, you are responsible for quality assurance and the continuous improvement of our training conditions.

Profile ##

• Sound and reflective professional experience, preferably in the area of care for people with dementia
• Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad, as well as recognized further training in the pedagogical field (at least SVEB 1) or the willingness to complete this
• Initial experience in accompanying apprentices and students as well as pedagogical intuition
• Strong leadership skills that enable you to inspire employees for vocational training and to develop them further together with the management

The nursing residential groups of the Gesundheitszentren für das Alter consist of manageable shared living communities and are specialized in the needs of people with dementia and people with psychiatric illnesses. The nursing residential groups are located in various districts of the Stadt Zürich. Here, you will work together with between 6-10 colleagues.
