In this role, you are part of the Compliance business unit in the Governance, Reporting & Assurance team and actively help shape the further development of Zurich Schweiz. You conduct risk-based assurance reviews independently from start to finish. In doing so, you have a lot of creative freedom and can make a direct impact. By participating in the development and improvement of various tools and dashboards as well as the simplification of existing processes, you drive our innovative strength forward. What awaits you * You conduct assurance reviews independently - from planning through to execution and completion - and use Data Analytics to make reviews efficient and meaningful * You recognize relevant internal and external requirements, derive the essential risks from them, and align the review accordingly. You identify potential violations and unfulfilled requirements, define measures, and track their implementation * You create understandable reports for management, the Board of Directors, the region, and the group, preparing them in a manner suitable for the target group and ensuring their quality * You ensure quality and compliance with the Group framework regarding compliance assurance activities as well as common audit standards * You support the further development of our assurance framework, tools, and dashboards, as well as the simplification of existing processes What distinguishes you * Successfully completed studies at a (technical) university or equivalent training; a certification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or training as a public auditor is an advantage * Several years of professional experience in internal or external audit, ideally in the financial industry; experience in the insurance industry is an advantage * Strong ability to understand regulatory requirements, derive risks, and align reviews accordingly * Very good data analysis skills as well as affinity for technologies such as O365, Power Apps, and Power BI * High initiative and commitment, independent and structured way of working, strong teamwork and assertiveness as well as very good German and English skills Good to know Part-time or full-time: 80 - 100% Work location: [Oerlikon, Zürich](< >) Start date: from or after agreement Travel activity: up to 10% Hybrid working: up to 40% Everything regarding your application You can apply directly to us online in a first step - for this, you only need your CV.
