The Amt für Informatik (AFI) is the IT competence center of the Canton of Zürich. It provides comprehensive services in the field of central IT infrastructure and canton-wide applications for the directorates, authorities, justice, and independent institutions. Tasked with implementing the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, the Amt für Informatik accompanies and supports the Canton of Zürich into the digital world. With the upcoming go-live of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA, the next stage of our HXM solution begins. Following the introduction of the Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules, the next expansion steps with Performance & Goals as well as Learning are already imminent. Together with the Business Services HXM team, you will continuously develop the platform further and actively help shape the HR system landscape of the Canton of Zürich. Your tasks • Support, further develop, and optimize the cantonal SAP SuccessFactors solutions for Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central. • Analysis of functional requirements and development of technical solutions together with the Personalamt and the specialist departments. • Collaboration and leadership of sub-projects in exciting projects surrounding SAP SuccessFactors • Advising the specialist departments and coordinating cooperation with internal specialist offices as well as external partners. • Ensuring stable application and service operations • Co-shaping the further development of the HR system landscape and the next expansion stages of SuccessFactors.
