Due to a retirement in our "Finance" team, which is located in the "Central Services" area, we are looking for a resilient and flexible personality with a quick grasp of matters as of 1.2.2027 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• Independent support and advice for the various management teams on accounting matters
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Management and administration of internal city performance allocation as well as account reconciliation with counterparties
• Execution of accounts receivable dunning runs and monitoring of the entire dunning controlling
• Collaboration on ancillary cost statements
• Processing of payment transactions (DTA, LSV, DD)
• Independent monitoring of general ledger accounts

Profile ##

• Commercial basic training and completed further training as a Clerk Accounting
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable field of responsibility
• High customer and service orientation
• Good communication skills in dealing with various stakeholders and high social competence
• Very good MS Office and SAP knowledge (FICO, RE-FX, etc.)
• Independent, reliable and exact way of working
• Quick grasp of matters as well as networked thinking
