General task Preparation of all Papa Joe’s dishes according to the specification of the defined production processes Main tasks The job holder is responsible for: • Entire mise-en-place in the kitchen area • Preparing Papa Joe’s dishes according to recipes • Careful and hygienic handling of food • Cleanliness and professional handling of working equipment - cleanliness of the production rooms • Correct, clean storage (first in-first out) • Control of the inventory • Clean and complete uniform The job holder has the following obligations towards the company: • Compliance with internal company concept specifications and regulations • Regular participation in team meetings • Participation in training sessions Competencies The necessary competencies for the execution of the tasks and for the assumption of responsibilities are deemed transferred. Requirement profile • Good German skills • Well-groomed appearance • Calm and prudent working style • Kitchen experience • Willingness to work until 4:00 AM
