Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH (m/w/d)

For our client, we are looking for an engaged and reliable certified nursing professional, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks:

Professional care and support of patients
Planning, implementation and documentation of the nursing process
Administration of medication according to medical orders
Implementation of medical-nursing measures
Observation and assessment of the health status
Cooperation with doctors, relatives and other specialists
Compliance with hygiene, quality and safety regulations

Requirements:

Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH
With foreign diploma: SRK recognition or ongoing recognition process
Professional experience is an advantage
Responsible and independent way of working
Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people
Good German language skills
Willingness to work shifts, nights and weekends
Resilience and ability to work in a team
