These tasks are waiting for you

• Leadership, planning and development of non-medical employees including outpatient clinic operations
• Responsibility for holistic, professional and patient-oriented nursing and treatment processes in consultation with the responsible physician
• Responsibility for compliance with medical prescriptions as well as the employer's specifications and legal regulations
• Active participation in the development of the quality program and optimization of the daily workflows of the dialysis practice
• Participation in clinical operations in the function of Dipl. Pflegefachperson Dialyse

These skills distinguish you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH as well as dialysis experience
• Additional training in nephrology or intensive care (advantageous)
• Leadership training or experience
• Enthusiasm for working with and for people
• Proficient IT user skills
• Networked thinking, high social competence and strong communication skills
• Business fluent German (English skills desirable)
• Independent and team-oriented personality with a positive attitude
• Enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation and a sense of humor
