Securities Administration Specialist What awaits you with us Together with your team, you are responsible for the settlement of securities transactions on stock exchanges at home and abroad and manage the associated upstream and downstream processes in stock exchange business. You ensure the reporting of reportable transactions and support regulatory tasks related to securities trading. You take responsibility in the Corporate Action area and process Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions from instruction through monitoring to posting. This includes, among other things, capital events, reinvestments, as well as the creation of client letters. You contribute your ideas to the further development and automation of our processes and help to make securities administration continuously more efficient and scalable. You manage the securities master data and ensure its high data quality for the entire VZ Group.
