ERP Application Manager/in (80-100%)

Your tasks

• You ensure the stable and productive operation of the ERP and business applications and continuously develop them.
• You are responsible for interface management to other applications, for example, to an online shop.
• You lead and coordinate system-relevant projects with a focus on digitalization.
• You plan and coordinate release changes, support packages, and updates and accompany their implementation.
• You define and implement new system processes and optimize existing workflows.
• You are responsible for 1st- and 2nd-level support and coordinate 3rd-level support.
• You build up a key user group, maintain professional exchange, and conduct user training.
• You further develop reporting and data visualization, especially with Microsoft Power BI.

What you bring with you

• A completed education in the field of informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Good business administration knowledge and an understanding of business processes.
• Profound experience with ERP systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics.
• An independent, structured, and responsible way of working.
• Initiative, an open mindset, and a strong hands-on mentality.
• A service- and solution-oriented personality with good communication skills.
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing.
