Your tasks

• Active customer care and support in the Abacus software with a focus on financial applications for municipalities and cities
• Taking over sub-project management and project management
• Conducting presentations and training on-site and remote
• Collaboration and support in customer projects
• Analysis and documentation of customer requirements as well as the consulting and implementation using Abacus software
• Realization of orders and projects including planning and coordination

Your profile

• Commercial basic training and higher education in business administration or business informatics (FA, HF, FH or Uni) is an advantage
• Professional experience in the field of finance and accounting, preferably with public administrations
• Sound Abacus knowledge or consulting experience
• Process-oriented approach in projects
• Structured and exact way of working as well as quick comprehension and networked thinking
• Open, sociable personality with strong team orientation
