HF/FH) 80-100% - Temporary # Job Description ## • In-depth experience in the autonomous management and implementation of the care process, expert mastery of EasyDok as well as the secure creation and continuous adaptation of care plans and care documentation. • Coordination and monitoring of medication and therapies. • Professional documentation and guarantee of care quality. • Collaboration within the interdisciplinary team • Accompanying and supporting apprentices and students Required Profile ## • Completed training as a registered nurse HF or FH. • Professional experience in a relevant field is an advantage. • Sense of responsibility and high social competence. • Stress resistance, flexibility, and team spirit. • Knowledge of IT/PC applications. • Availability for flexible schedules and weekend shifts. • Very good knowledge of German, both spoken and written.
