Cook (m/f/d) – irregular assignments on an hourly basis Who are we: A restaurant in the city of Zürich, but in the middle of nature: Restaurant Alter Tobelhof and the Chäsalp on the Zürichberg. Formerly a farmhouse with roots in the 13th century, today one of the best-known restaurants in the city – with modern Swiss cuisine, local and seasonal. Areas of responsibility: • Collaboration at the various stations in à-la-carte operations and at banquets • Preparation of our dishes according to recipe and quality standard • Mise en Place and attractive presentation of the dishes • Compliance with hygiene and quality specifications • The assignment to the individual stations will be determined together depending on experience Your profile: • Completed vocational training as a cook or at least one year of experience in a comparable position • Confident command of basic preparation methods • Clean, concentrated and responsible way of working • Motivation and desire to work in a cool team • Willingness for assignments in the evenings and on weekends Employment: Hourly wage for irregular assignments. The duration and timing of the assignments will be determined by mutual agreement. These are irregular, hourly assignments remunerated on an hourly basis, and not assignments of part-time employees.
