As a comm. property manager, a varied activity with responsibility and direct contact with tenants and close cooperation with internal contact persons awaits you. With your organizational talent, you ensure smooth processes and efficient management of our properties. Your tasks * Processing of terminations, preparation and adjustment of rental agreements, addenda and permits * Contact person for tenants, authorities as well as coordination with internal interfaces, especially technical management * Organize and coordinate apartment inspections and takeovers * Check apartment applications according to our rental guidelines * Management of our waiting list and creation of apartment offers * Processing of legal cases in the management area and participation in mediation and settlement negotiations, monitoring of reminder lists, processing of insurance cases * Support with relocations/re-rentals after renovations as well as with construction/warranty inspections * Administrative coordination of our guest apartments, including reservation management * Assumption of additional tasks or projects, depending on need and capacity Your profile * Completed commercial or technical basic training as well as further training as a real estate management clerk; the federal diploma is an advantage * Professional experience in real estate management * Good knowledge in the application of M-365, Abacus (AbaImmo) is an advantage * Very good German skills in spoken and written form * Interest in the cooperative idea You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, think ahead and convince through your strong service awareness.
