Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for our Zurich branch: Your main tasks * Acquisition and underwriting of new and existing business in the national and international industrial liability segment with a focus on Life Science, especially Pharma, Biotech, MedTech and Clinical Trials * Analysis of submissions as well as risk examination and assessment along the life science value chain; preparation of risk-appropriate offers and insurance solutions * Participation in the buildup and expansion of a profitable Life Science and Clinical Trials portfolio * Structuring, implementing and monitoring national contracts as well as international liability programs taking into account local requirements, with support from the Servicing Team * Conducting negotiations with customers and brokers as well as building and maintaining sustainable business relationships in the Life Science environment * Preparation and high-quality documentation of offers, contracts and programs * Close cooperation with local and international underwriting, servicing and risk engineering teams * Active participation in sales and development tasks as well as in the further development of industry-specific insurance solutions What you bring * A completed basic education in the insurance industry; further training at the Federal Diploma of Higher Education/insurance diploma level or an equivalent education is an advantage * Initial to several years of professional experience in the Swiss corporate liability business; knowledge of international liability programs is a plus * Interest in or initial knowledge of Life Science, especially Pharma, Biotech, MedTech or Clinical Trials, and the willingness to familiarize yourself with complex risks and regulatory requirements * Analytical thinking, careful risk assessment and enjoyment in the development of customer-oriented insurance solutions * Good negotiation, communication and sales flair as well as enjoyment in exchange with brokers and customers * Flawless German and English skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage * Proficient user knowledge of MS Office products * Strong teamwork skills combined with an independent and self-responsible way of working [Learn more!](< >) j4id10454695jm j4it1043jm j4iy26jm
