Head of Controlling 80-100% (a), Kanton Zürich

Your tasks:

• Functional and organizational leadership of controlling as well as continuous further development of existing structures and instruments
• Establishment and further development of group-wide financial and performance management with meaningful key figures
• Overall responsibility for budget planning, rolling forecasts, as well as business investment and economic efficiency calculations
• Creation and further development of management reports as a basis for strategic and operative decisions
• Analysis of cost developments, performance data, and case numbers, as well as development of concrete optimization measures
• Ensuring meaningful cost and operating accounting in compliance with relevant REKOLE® specifications
• Coordination and timely preparation of legally and regulatorily required data reports, particularly for hospital statistics, SDEP and ITAR_K
• Performance of in-depth special evaluations and ad-hoc analyses for various decision-makers
• Identification of digitalization potentials as well as optimization of data quality, system landscape, and controlling processes

Your profile:

• University degree in business administration or a comparable further education with a focus on Finance, accounting, or controlling
• Several years of professional experience in the controlling of a hospital or a comparable organization in the healthcare sector - this industry knowledge is mandatory for the function
• Sound knowledge in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial corporate management
• Experience with the specific requirements of the Swiss healthcare system, ideally including REKOLE® and relevant data reports
• Strong affinity for numbers, networked thinking, and the ability to prepare complex matters understandably
• Entrepreneurial understanding as well as enjoyment in critically questioning existing processes and implementing new solution approaches
• Confident handling of digital applications and a high affinity for data, systems, and process optimizations
• Convincing communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to competently advise different stakeholder groups
