Head of Nursing (PDL) Spitex 20–100 %

Introduction
We are building a new Spitex in Zürich-Oerlikon, and for this, we are looking for you: You will build the nursing team with us and shape the care from the very beginning. Start date by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You bear the overall professional nursing responsibility and decide independently in technical matters.
• You provide nursing care yourself, for about half of your time, and spend the other half taking care of leadership, quality, and administration.
• You build up the nursing team and lead it.
• You ensure the nursing process from the needs assessment to the documentation.
• For doctors, health insurers, and authorities, you are the professional contact person.

Your profile

• You have a diploma in Nursing HF/FH or DN II (foreign degrees with SRK recognition).
• You have a professional practice permit from the Canton of Zürich or will obtain it.
• You bring at least 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in Spitex.
• You have leadership experience or further training in leadership.
• You are familiar with billing according to KVG/KLV.
• You speak very good German (C1); another language is a plus.
• You have a driver's license Cat. B.
