Your tasks ##

• You support specialists in day-to-day business matters such as rent changes, apartment handovers, and utility cost statements, as well as in the preparation of final statements and in debt collection
• You advise tenants, caretakers, tradespeople, and authorities by telephone and provide information
• You process terminations
• You prepare repair orders and issue them
• You control and post accounts payable
• You create tenant statements, record real estate condition reports, and are responsible for general data maintenance
• You perform administrative tasks and process tenant correspondence

Your profile ##

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (KV-Lehre EFZ) or an equivalent qualification (e.g., civil or structural draughtsperson)
• You have sound commercial professional experience, preferably from our industry, and are ready to learn new things
• Your native language is German and ideally you can communicate in other languages both orally and in writing
• You possess high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
• You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people
• You bring an affinity for technology and can apply new technologies
• You possess self-learning competence and enjoy sharing your knowledge
