The focus of the task is the overall responsibility for the further development and successful leadership of the corporate group. You are thus responsible for the implementation of the corporate strategy, steer the financial performance and ensure professional structures, processes and a high-performance organization. Together with your leadership team, you actively drive transformation, professionalization and further growth, develop the real estate portfolio further and maintain central relationships with owners, tenants, authorities and other stakeholders. As a direct sparring partner of the Board of Directors, you steer the value development of the group decisively in the highest operational responsibility.

We are addressing an experienced leadership personality with a proven track record in the real estate industry. You have sound experience in the strategic and operational leadership of a real estate company or business unit with P&L responsibility as well as in-depth knowledge in professional real estate management, from property management to asset and portfolio management to the realization of larger construction projects. Ideally, you additionally bring experience in the further development of organizations, processes and structures and can look back on demonstrable successes in connection with the use of Artificial Intelligence. You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented and convince through high communication strength, integrity and natural authority.
