What are your tasks?

• Pedagogical promotion and support of the children entrusted to us
• Organization of a day adapted to the age and interests of the children
• Observation and documentation of development using portfolios
• Establishing an educational partnership with families
• Active participation in team meetings
• Creation of an empowering and family-like working atmosphere

What should you bring?

• A completed training as FABE, educator or comparable socio-pedagogical qualifications
• Training as a professional trainer is an asset
• Specialized knowledge in early childhood, project work, observation and documentation methods
• Team spirit
• Personal initiative, creativity and flexibility
• Autonomous, structured and responsible way of working
