Our Financial Accounting Advisory Services team provides advisory services across the entire breadth of the finance function. To further strengthen our Transaction Accounting and IPO Services team in Zürich, we are looking for an experienced, team-oriented, motivated, and committed personality as a Senior Consultant (80\-100%). What to expect from us — experiences that you will benefit from for a lifetime You support and advise our international and national clients from industry, trade, and the service sector on accounting matters (OR, Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS and US GAAP). You support and advise our clients in the context of complex transactions regarding acquisitions, sales, and going public. You assist in the mapping of acquisitions and the preparation of pro-forma and carve-out reporting. You support and advise our clients in accounting changes and conversions (GAAP Conversions) as well as in the preparation of consolidated annual financial statements. You will be promoted and challenged through learning-on-the-job. In doing so, you will deepen your knowledge and your network from mandate to mandate. What you bring with you — skills with which you shape the future A Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics is required. At least two to three years of experience in auditing or financial accounting/controlling. Good knowledge regarding accounting according to IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, and the Code of Obligations. Fluency in German and English is a prerequisite. Interest in continuous further education in accounting and/or Corporate Finance.
