• Ensuring cleaning quality according to the service specification as well as conducting regular quality controls
• Planning, organization and coordination of daily cleaning work including personnel deployment planning
• Leadership, training and further development of the cleaning teams
• Responsibility for material management, orders as well as the maintenance of machines and equipment
• Coordination of special and basic cleanings as well as management and control of external service providers
• Contact person for customers and internal stakeholders as well as processing of tickets and support of the Facility Services Manager in daily operations
• Completed basic training, ideally in the field of cleaning, housekeeping or facility management
• Professional experience in building cleaning as well as in a coordinating or leading function
• Further training as an object manager or specialist in cleaning and hygiene is an advantage
• Good knowledge of occupational safety, hygiene regulations and quality management
• Experience in handling cleaning machines, cleaning agents and modern cleaning technology
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, CAFM systems and ticketing tools) as well as proficient German in speaking and writing
