Your Impact

• Independently manage a diverse client portfolio of SMEs from various industries and legal forms as well as branches of international clients and develop towards independent mandate management.
• Advise and comprehensively support clients in the areas of financial, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounting as well as on tax issues – in close cooperation with our tax experts.
• Take on external assignments in finance and accounting at national and international companies.
• Actively contribute to knowledge transfer within the team, especially supporting junior colleagues with technical questions and promoting a collaborative learning culture.
• Participate in acquiring new clients and preparing offers and drive the continuous optimization and digitalization of processes through modern technologies and tools.

Your Skill Set

• Completed further training with a federal diploma or a degree in Business Administration HF/FH with a focus on Accounting & Controlling; ongoing or completed training as a dipl. Treuhandexpert:in is an advantage.
• At least three years of professional experience in a comparable environment; initial experience in the independent management of demanding mandates is an advantage.
• German as a native language and very good English skills.
• Analytical, exact, and result-oriented way of working and a behavior that is open, team-oriented, responsible, and flexible.
• Motivation to lead a small team in the future and take on coaching tasks.
• High IT enthusiasm, strong affinity for modern technologies, and a professional, service-oriented appearance.
